In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in addition to the usual equipment with a stove, oven and refrigerator. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is as new and ready for you.

A flat screen is of course part of the basic equipment. A private parking space is right by the house.

The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").
