Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Petkum (Emden). The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

Lüttje Huus Emden

This 11 square meter place is anything but ordinary. Nevertheless, everything you need is available. The 2x2 meter bed can be reached via a ladder in the gable of the house. Both a small kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom are available in our space miracle. The sofa and TV invite you to linger. When booking, the address data of the booking person will be requested. This is required for verification due to local accommodation tax.

Here you will stay in a central location of the beautiful seaport city of Emden, within the early modern city fortification and today's local recreation and green area of the city of Emden. The city center, with its diverse shopping opportunities, the famous Dat-Otto-Huus and the Hafentor at the Emder Delft, is just a stone's throw away. The accommodation is surrounded by the Emder Wall with its picturesque canals.

Here we rent our small centrally located apartment. It is only 300 m from the Ems-Jade Canal cycle path and about 1 km from the Kesselschleuse. The city center is also close by at 2.5 km. Fresh rolls and groceries are also no problem. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away. The VW factory can also be reached within 10 minutes by car. In summer, a small garden is at your disposal.
