Now with free Netflix! Welcome to lovely central Indiana! With family from Long Island, what could we do but go with a seaside theme? There's great amenities here - music, sports and racin'. Antiques in downtown Noblesville about a mile away. The house is 15 min from Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek). It's about 45 min from downtown Indy, 20 min from Westfield Sports. The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.

The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

Home is an easy 24 minute drive to Westfield's Grand Park sports campus and just 20 minutes to Kokomo.

Anderson Farm house all to yourself near AU

We are in the center of Anderson, a few blocks walking distance to Anderson University and a mile away from downtown. The house has been fully remodeled for our bnb guests. You will have the entire house just for yourself with private drive way and yard. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with a comfy king size bed. Second bedroom is upstairs with a twin size bed or can be expended to a king. We live 5 minutes away so we can always be there to help if you needed anything.

This home is comfortable and stylish home with many amenities and is in an ultra-convenient location - a stone's throw from Indiana Wesleyan University, dining and shopping. Guests will love the open floor layout, full kitchen, high-speed internet, smart TV, and large beds with premium mattresses, pillows, and linens. You will feel right at home at Lindsay’s Landing. We have a fully stocked kitchen, car port with chairs to sit out and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Our house is conveniently located to Fishers, Anderson, Noblesville and Indianapolis.
