Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist für Paare und Familien mit Kindern geeignet. In dieser komplett renovierten Erdgeschoßwohnung mit einer Fläche von ca. 50 qm können bis zu 4 Personen wohnen. Die gemütliche Einrichtung aus natürlichem Altholz und die hochwertige Ausstattung machen Ihren Aufenthalt unvergesslich.

Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.

Fantastic location, unique panorama.

Great location right next to a forest. 10 minutes walk to the village, which includes a supermarket right at the entrance. Pure nature, breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser. Panoramic windows, a large terrace and a very quiet location. For each adult from the age of 15, €2.50 must be paid extra for the tourism tax. This amount isn't included on Airbnb.
