Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

On both sides of the apartment you can go outside to the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. A cot can also be placed in the bedroom. The spacious kitchen/living room is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and at night you can only hear the crickets circling.

The apartment is small and fine and the ideal pole position in summer for biking, golfing and hiking. In winter, you are right at the lift. The ski bus stops very close to the accommodation. You can walk along the Ache to the village center in a few minutes and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.

Our house is sunny and quiet on the edge of the forest in Ellmau. You can enter the slopes of the SkiWelt directly from the house. The apartment is 30 m² and is located on the first floor. Dogs up to a medium size (up to 50 cm and up to 30 kg) are allowed here. This ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people on an area of about 30 m². A friendly and appealing decor also make a longer stay a pleasant experience.
