Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Quiet, stylish accommodation in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. Small, fine apartment for 1 - 2 people in a quiet location and walking distance only 15/20 minutes to the village center of Walchsee. Rural idyll in summer swimming in the Walchsee and countless hikes or mountain biking in the beautiful Kaiserwinkl, as well as ski touring, skiing and cross-country skiing in winter.
