Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and your own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (winter heated), wood-fired sauna on the jetty, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Nice house in beautiful nature

On a big sunny lot full of fruit trees is this newly renovated house. The house is in a quiet area with proximity to nice forest walks, swimming, shop and good transport to Stockholm city by both bus and boat. Adjacent to the area is an 18+12 hole golf course with a large restaurant and bar. You will also find pizzeria and barbecue within walking distance. The house has an open and airy upstairs with all amenities needed for pleasant interaction. You have access to the sauna, ping pong table and guest cottage.

Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
