The area is sprinkled with islands, forests, rocks and cliffs and make it the perfect place to relax and unwind, take a dip in the clean ocean water, grab the 2 SUP boards (Stand Up Paddle) and go for a ride, or head over to the nearby nature reserve Velamsund for some exploring or a visit to the little local restaurant. A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Mysigt gästhus med soldäck nära till havet

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

This architecturally designed villa with sea views on Resarö is very peaceful. The living room has 7 meter high cealing. The social areas are spacious with the living room, kitchen, terass with barbeque/pizza oven and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m2 house. The pool is open during maj-sept. No pets allowed. Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, a 10 min walk to the subway station and 11 minutes ride to town. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

På en stor solig tomt full av fruktträd finns detta nyrenoverade hus. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till fina skogspromenader, bad, affär och bra kommunikationer till Stockholm city med både buss och båt. Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu, pingisbord och gäststuga.

A modern villa just outside the central parts of Stockholm. A 12-minute walk to the subway will take you to the central parts of Stockholm in less than 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very calm, with a lovely Anglo-Saxon Park just around the corner. Within a 10-minute drive from my house, you will also find the largest shopping area in the Nordic countries, Kungens Kurva / SKHLM. Within a short bus ride, you also have the largest exhibition center in the Nordic region, Stockholmsmässan.
