There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved.
