The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Cozy simple sleeping place in the new bedroom and bathroom. Currently without a kitchen The bus stop is about 100 meters away. And it's also just a few minutes' walk to the new surf park. The apartment is located in a commercial area. My neighbors are craft businesses. Therefore, it can occasionally be noisy from 7 am.
