Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of Bamberg Town Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water-side building followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The façade was restored in May 2026 with great attention to detail and now shines again in all its glory next to the town hall. The house was bought by my grandparents in 1968. Before that, it had been a pharmacy for 200 years.

These are located in a separate building, 2 apartments are on the first floor with terrace, 2 on the second floor with balcony. Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.

Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.
