Cozy little summerhouse on stunning natural grounds with good views at the top of a hill up in the canopy of trees. Located within walking distance to Ebeltoft's cobbled streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up the forest, golf course and mountain bike routes. There are several different beaches that are easily reached either by foot, bike or by car. The house is newly renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fire pit and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with ample opportunity for shelter.

Newly renovated basement apartment with private entrance; perfect for couples and singles! Here is spacious entrance hall, a lovely kitchen with oven, half hot plate with induction, fridge/freezer and regular kitchen items. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille.

Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity 3.79 DKK per kwh. I reserve the right to increase the price, water 79 DKK per m3, the landlord reads at check in and out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check out.

Cozy little summerhouse.

Enjoy a break in this lovely cave between the trees on a quiet road. When you arrive, you will step onto the lovely terrace, surrounded by tall trees and the birds chirping and owl spout. It is a short distance to the many hiking routes and walking distance to forest, shopping, the harbour and the charming city center. Start your days with a cup of coffee in the courtyard, take a hammock after a good day at the beach and end the day in the cozy conservatory while the sun sets. Huset er placeret på en dejlig stor grund med plads til havespil og bag huset er en skråning med store bøgetræer. Sommerhuset ligger 2,5 km fra den meget børnevenlige Femmøller Strand, og der er sti hele vejen. Stien fortsætter til den fantastiske købstad Ebeltoft med gode handelsmuligheder og eventyrlige brostensbelagte gader. 45 min fra huset ligger Aarhus og mange kulturelle oplevelser.
