Great location and large new modern house. Right by the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large courtyard with a covered terrace and a gas grill for the late evening hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

An outdoor deck features two wooden lounge chairs, a small table, and an umbrella for shade. Green foliage surrounds the area, providing privacy and a natural setting. Soft pillows are placed on the seating for comfort, creating a relaxed environment for guests.
