The apartment is barrier-free except for one step at the entrance and has direct access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened with electric shutters or curtains. The master bedroom is equipped with a removable mosquito screen on the door. If more than two people are staying, the living room can serve as a second bedroom or offer separate sleeping arrangements for two guests if desired. The apartment has a private entrance, doorbell, and mailbox. For added security, the entrance area is monitored by a camera. Inside, there's a small play area for children, and guests have access to Prime, Netflix, and streaming services. Parking is free in the immediate vicinity, and a bus stop right across the street takes you quickly to the city center. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and bank are just a 5-minute walk away. There are fantastic playgrounds and restaurants nearby, along with many easily accessible lakes for swimming and plenty of nature for biking, jogging, or hiking. Tourist tax: €1.40 per adult/night, €0.80 per child/night (6-15 years) to be paid directly on site.

From this accommodation, you can reach all the important places in no time at all. Within 3 minutes' walk, you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. The town of Kempten is 5 minutes away by car, and there is a bus stop within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor and is very bright and spacious. From the terrace, you can look out over a fauna and flora habitat. Within a few kilometres, you'll find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
