Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Dream view in the Upper Allgäu

Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 10 euros per day.

Our treasure chest in Durach

Our beautiful, exclusive, newly renovated 2-room apartment on the first floor is quietly located with beautiful distant/mountain views in Durach, 5 km away from Kempten, 30 minutes' drive to the mountains. All the amenities of daily needs can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Our sun-drenched "jewelry box" is about 40 square meters with a separate entrance. Beautiful hours can be spent on the sun terrace (southwest orientation) accessible from the SZ and the living room.

My penthouse apartment with large rooftop terrace, quiet location and rooftop views of Kempten is located right in the center of our beautiful city. All important places are within walking distance, in the mountains you are within 20 minutes by car. The Allgäu Forum shopping centre can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot. So my apartment is perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy the Allgäu or discover the mountains in a sporty way!
