Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

The location is ideal, as it is only a few minutes by car to the centre of Kempten, and you can also quickly reach the motorway and the lakes, hiking trails or ski areas. Shopping facilities and a bakery are on site.
