The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district. The quiet location directly on the nature reserve does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the center and the main train station is a few minutes' walk away. By car you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Messe Essen: approx. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: approx. 30 min Ddorf Airport: approx. 20 min; CentrO : approx. 25 min (each by car)

In our apartment equipped with much love you will feel comfortable 75 sqm feel-good apartment. The apartment is centrally located (train station 5 minutes walk, highway Düsseldorf 20min) good connection to the highway. The laundry can be washed by me for a fee of 3,-€ per machine. There is a fully automatic coffee machine microwave in the kitchen. Spices , sugar, flour, and the first welcome drinks available. When something is missing, I am always happy to help.

Cozy, modern, apartment in Duisburg/Nord

We are a 4-person household with daughter and grandma in the house! My mother, Sigrid, is a co-host, cleaning fee, and caretaker in a person who wouldn't do anything here. ;-) Since 2019, a small dog from animal welfare has also been included. We have had so many great guests and are now looking forward to seeing you! We observe the coronavirus rules and clean particularly thoroughly incl. Disinfection. Check in at a distance!
