We offer a superbly furnished duplex apartment in an old building from 1907. You get the keys and can immediately dive into your privacy. Whether cooking deliciously downstairs and listening to the sounds of old circuit boards at the table or enjoying the huge room with 60 m² and a 4 m ceiling height upstairs. There are five of us living in the house. The four of us as a family and another tenant. Our doors are always open, the hallway is part of our world. Feel free to come by! The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa.
