Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

A few meters away are the bus stops connecting to the Central Station, the University, the Lungomare di Barcola, the Miramare Castle and Piazza dell'Unità, the latter within walking distance in about 22 minutes.
