Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Umluft-Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Keller befinden sich ein Vorratsraum und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (kostenlos). Das gesamte Haus ist gehoben ausgestattet und verfügt über zwei Sat-TV. Das OG bietet Meerblick.

The villa in the thatched land by the sea offers tranquility, luxury and relaxation. Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. For barbecue evenings there is a weaver grill. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds, offer plenty of space to store. The bathroom has a bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling shower.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can feel right at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with indoor whirlpool, 40 m² roof terrace with views over Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra relaxation area with relaxation loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is just a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Villa only 200 meters from Møns best sandy beach! Enjoy the cozy harbor environment with cafés and restaurants just around the corner. Møns nature is unique and with only 5 km from Møns Klint, you have plenty of opportunity to explore.

Our accommodation is 110m2 for a family with two adults and two children. There's plenty of play stuff for the kids to take a break from the beach. Fireplace and trampoline in the garden and some exercise equipment for the adults, if you want to. The bedroom consists of a 140cm bed. One nursery with a single bed and one nursery with a junior bed. Klintholm Harbour is a little gem on Møn close to water, beach, forest and lots of charming harbour environment.
