Hello dear guests! Welcome to the Sunflower House! Make yourself at home in our one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large sunny balcony. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to the bakery and to the shops. And the beach? As you hike or drive 20 minutes by bike in a short time to white sandy beach or you can drive north about 30 minutes to the pristine west beach. Must be easy to get to know! Relax in your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere , to know the country and its people, delicious fish to eat in butene within un in the mall or take advantage of the many great recreational activities such as horseback riding , surfing, kiting, fishing, swim , snorkel, bask in the white beach sand , tennis, cycling and much more. Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Our vacation home is located in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park on the Kubitzer Bodden. From the bedroom you can look out over the water and enjoy the tranquility and the rustling of the trees. The bike trail on the edge of the estate park leads directly past the vacation home estate. The region is known for its crane migration and resting places with numerous viewing platforms. A new vacation home with fireplace, sauna and underfloor heating awaits you.

Our modern apartments in the "Villa am Park," which were completely renovated in 2019, are located in a very central location, in Binz and directly on the spa park. The apartment is in the new building and has a spacious approx. 47 m², a separate bedroom and living room that invites you to relax and unwind, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with cable TV reception. The sandy beach is only about 250 m away

Shell apartment at meerzauber

The Meerzauber house with the shell apartment is located between Altenkirchen and the beach 1.3 km to the beach, 6 km to the lighthouse on Cape Arkona. Chalk cliffs and kilometers of sandy beaches are easy to reach by bike or on foot. The house has a large garden of a good 3000 m² with old linden trees, adjacent to large fields, tables, chairs, barbecue, wood-burning stove, fireplace and more. We also rent bicycles to our guests.
