The leisure center Hoher Bogen (10km) and the Churpfalzpark(25km) are an Eldorado for children. The Osser (22 km) or the Arber (35 km), as well as St. Englmar (25 km) are within easy reach. Directly from the front door you can hike, for example, to the Hohe Bogen (onto the towers) or to the Kaitersberg.

Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus).
