An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The Tabie dli Cuntini is an old barn built in 1800 by the designer's great-grandfather. In 1995, it was renovated into a home by the designer's family. The house is structured on three levels, on the ground floor kitchen and dining room and a bathroom, on the first floor the two bedrooms with bathroom and on the second floor the attic area, there is also a garage, laundry and garden! The structure is typical of the mountains, all in wood with custom-made furniture

My place is close to beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, family activities in the Kral Ladin recreation center where in the winter there is a beautiful skating stadium, 3Zinnen dolomiten ski area 5 minutes (by car) from the apartment, various ethnographic museums. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, outdoor spaces, light, neighborhood, and people. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
