The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. It is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours, sightseeing, trips to the coastal towns and the East Frisian Islands. The coastal resort of Dornumersiel, just 2 km away, can be reached in a 20-minute walk through the surrounding fields or in 10 minutes by bike. We will provide you with a women's and a men's bike free of charge so that you can start cycling right away.

The Deichtraum apartment is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the proximity to the beach also invite you to relax. The beach can be comfortably reached in about 1300 m on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
