Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung! Zentral gelegen & wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die helle Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile, großem Esstisch & gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das separate Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Doppelbett. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich lässt sich als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit nutzen, sodass bis zu vier Personen Platz finden. Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

On the ground floor is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment with stove, oven and refrigerator, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is like new and ready for you.

You'll love our place because of the pure nature and the direct beach location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Fitters appreciate us because of the recreational value and the short distances to Bremen.

Welcome to our house by the sea! A cute little house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the dike and the Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with organic infrared heating, and we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable in other ways as well. Through the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and enjoy a wide view across the field. Everything is wonderfully relaxing.
