Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich eine Küche und die nötigsten elektronischen Geräte. Ein gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschwanne. Die Toilette ist separat und wird durch ein Wandgemälde geschmückt. Über eine Treppe geht es ins obere Stockwerk, in dem ein großes Bett tiefen Schlaf garantiert.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich zentral und doch ruhig gelegen in Bensersiel, nahe zur Fähre nach Langeoog. Die Wohnung ist für drei bis vier Personen geeignet und verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich fussläufig zum Stand und zum Salzwasserschwimmbad. Die Nordsee, der Sandstrand und das Bensersieler Bad sind 200 m entfernt. Zur Fähre sind es fünf Gehminuten. Zentraler geht es nicht. Am Strand befinden sich ein Spielplatz, ein Restaurant und eine Strandbar.

On the ground floor there is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and deck chairs. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in addition to the usual equipment with a stove, oven and refrigerator. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is as new and ready for you.

The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Welcome to our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Through the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view of the field. Everything seems wonderfully relaxing.
