In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also very welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the juicy pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Von der ruhig gelegenen Villa ist der Strand von Dornumersiel, in ca. 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Ebenfalls kann dieser auch über den Deich, fußläufig oder mit dem Rad nach ungefähr 2.5km erreicht werden. Die Villa liegt optimal um ganz Ostfriesland zu erkunden. Die Inseln sind ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

our house by the sea

Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

We love our second apartment in a freshly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. Now we also rent it to holiday guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car will take you to the sea and the sandy stall or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, beautiful at all times.
