Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Angélique and Romane welcome you to this 2021 house located quietly at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The Marcs d'Or district is located in Dijon on one of these heights and is a few minutes from the train station, the city center, the Route des Grands Crus and the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. You will have private parking for two vehicles in front of the house as well as three bus lines within a radius of less than a kilometer. Languages: English and Italian

Small house in the heart of a typical Burgundian village north of Dijon. Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

(Possible 3rd person on extra bed) Brazey is the perfect spot between Dijon & Beaune and if you want to play in Dijon without bothering with parking and parking, no stress! Its orchard and small river will bring you all the calm and rest you desire. Warmly decorated, you can also enjoy the warmth of its fireplace. Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).

Located on the route des Grands Crus which is also a national road to crisscross the climates of Burgundy at the foot of the VOSNE ROMANEE vineyards in Beaune or Dijon. Close to cellars and historical sites. 4 bikes are at your disposal for nice walks. Odile and Jean Paul will be happy to welcome you and guide you during your stay.

Main Floor: -Living room with TV, electric relaxing sofa - equipped kitchen: induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle (coffee and tea provided for the stay), - private terrace with garden furniture (from April to October). Floor: sleeping area with quality bedding (140*200), mosquito net; bathroom with bathtub / toilet.

The place has everything to make the most of your stay in Côte d'Or among the 11 Vignerons in a cozy & bright place. Terrace facing 100% south. The house is independent with private access on the street/parking side, the garden side faces the guest house.

At the crossroads of Santenay, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges valley, this charming 17th century winegrower's house will comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Located among the vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent views. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
