Notre studio se trouve dans une maison très jolie Place de la République 😊,un quartier calme et très convivial !! Si vous venez en train vous prenez le Tram nr 2 et vous descendez à arrêt du tram DRAPEAU et en descendant gauche vous êtes à 3 min à pieds 😊 Dans notre rue à 2 pas on a des restaurants,épicerie bio ,un parc magnifique ! Pour vous faire plaisir on vous a préparé :un corbeille de fruits 🍋‍🟩 bio ,des biscottes,cafés,thés petits gâteaux aux chocolats,miel ,bonbons ,pâte à tartiner !

Our apartment has just been renovated and newly equipped (all comforts). So just bring your bags :) With an area of 55 m², carefully furnished; it is located in a quiet and secure residence, close to all amenities (shops, transport and parking). You can come by car or simply by train: the TRAM from Dijon station to Quetigny takes you in 35 minutes and drops you off 200 m from the apartment.
