Small 15 m2 studio ideal for 1 or 2 people. Located in the Arquebuse district, 5 minutes' walk to the train station and the Cité de la Gastronomie and 10 minutes to the city center (Place Darcy). ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I would like to point out that the apartment is on the railroad side, even if it is well insulated (sound curtains, acoustic panels...) noise pollution is present. Please do not book if you are sensitive to noise. To facilitate your arrival, a key box is at your disposal.
