You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

This wonderfully quiet accommodation on the outskirts of the city invites you to enjoy peace and quiet while being in the city center in a few minutes. Parking right outside the front door. Inviting living room (sofa & TV without Internet) dining area (small dining table for 2 people) with kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4-plate stove, oven, coffee maker & kettle). From here you go into the cozy bedroom with double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower & toilet.

Prühmühle: Residential and event house on the water

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.
