It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

It is located next to Vondelpark and Museum square, 3-4 minutes from Canal belt and Jordaan. De Pijp is only a 10 minute walk away.

Great roof terrace with 360 degree views over Utrecht, with lounge sofa and bbq. Paid parking in the street, but free parking in the area from Friday 11:00 to Monday 06:00.
