This light apartment is located in one of Amsterdam best neighborhoods! Close to the city center, 3 minute walk from train station, and a very green and quiet neighborhood. A lot of playgrounds close by. The apartment is perfect for families with 1,2 or 3 kids. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunkbed for 2 kids (max 1.40m, and 1 with a baby bed. Only for families! Wonderful place from which to discover our beautiful city. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

The apartment is situated in a new and trendy residential area called IJburg with a small Marina Harbour, cafes and restaurants just two blocks away. It's well connected to Central Station by tram #26 (18 mins). The private room is well equipped. There is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. All guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival. check in: 2PM check out: 11AM FYI: I have a cat who is very outgoing, active and clever. He freely roams around the house.

Welcome! The entire apartment (45 m2) is available, next to the metro station (3 mins walk) which takes you to Schiphol airport in 20 minutes, and Amsterdam centre in 30 minutes. My apartment is idea for a group of friends or solo traveler! You can cook here with a full kitchen kit. And relax in the bathtub at night! I rent out when travelling, so please take care of the place like home:) As this is not commercial, I also apologise ahead for the lack of flexibility and available.

National train station is 10 min walk (Duivendrecht) which easily takes you to the airport or other parts of The Netherlands. Nearest supermarket is 2 min walk and a large shopping centre (Bijlmer) - 15 min.

By train, you can be in the center of Amsterdam in 10 minutes, or even sooner in the cozy Amsterdam East.
