A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

There are so many things to do off-site or on including riding lessons/ pony rides or animals for your kids to cuddle. The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
