Cedar Cottage is our family home, set near the coast in the quiet village of Bishopsteignton. The bright and spacious studio room offers wonderful views of the River Teign, with a backdrop of Devon fields; a sunrise to sunset panorama from Shaldon to the hills of Dartmoor. Your open-plan accommodation is south facing with twin beds, sofas, dining table, TV (with freeview channels), WiFi, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Light breakfast included/ off road parking/ no cleaning charge.

A purposely developed 1 double bed self-contained studio, part of a period thatched cottage located in the centre of the village of Georgeham. The village has two great pubs and the Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe braches are only a short distance away. The studio provides modern conveniences in a tranquil setting and is provisioned (by us) for you to enjoy a substantial continental breakfast - giving the flexibility to choose your own timings ensuring a relaxing start to the day.

Self contained charming cottage heart of Topsham

Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

Walker and Mountain Biker's Paradise

Relax and unwind as soon as you arrive at Middle Burrow Cottage, situated in Exmoor National Park. Enjoy this superb location with its easy access to open moorland, Medieval Dunster and the coast. After relaxing with your breakfast on the patio listening to the amazing bird song, you can can access bridleways, walk or mountain bike directly from the site. Return after your adventures to enjoy the peace and tranquility and as it gets dark, enjoy the skies in this dark skies reserve.

Shepherd's View - A delightful rural retreat

Luxury self-contained shepherd's hut on the Somerset/Devon border. Situated in the peaceful rural countryside with beautiful views across the rolling hills. Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.

The Cabin

A stunning purpose built, detached, timber frame building. Situated in the large garden of the owners home at the bottom of Stonebarrow Hill. The Cabin gives you total privacy, yet you feel catered for. A locally sourced continental breakfast is left in the silent fridge, enabling you to start the day whenever you want. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and explore the wonderful Jurassic Coast.

Stay in our lovely self contained Annex in the lovely village of Newton Ferrers. Own entrance away from our accommodation. We leave cereal, Milk & Juice. There is a fridge/ kettle/ microwave. Local pubs within walking distance. Lovely walks to the harbour. (Please note bathroom is downstairs from bedroom.)
