Rural, rustic, stylish and definitely romantic, this bijou 400 yr old converted granary oozes charm and comfort: Driftwood bed, fully equipped little kitchen, woodburner, rolltop bath with shower attachment (no standing shower cubicle), sofa, dining area, TV, selection of interesting games, includes all linen, towels, welcome goodies. Puffins Nest is situated within the walled garden of the main farmhouse and only 50 yards from the stunning south west coast path. Pubs, restaurants and a variety of shops and galleries within 3 miles. Cliff walk (45mins) to local pub. Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
