The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Apartment Hankhausen, Rastede with sauna

Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available. At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

The "Thea" terraced house impresses with its cosy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa cuddled up with a tea.

Built in 1906, the listed teacher's house was renovated in 2016 and offers you a comfortable 80 square meter apartment. Very interesting to recharge your batteries! The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.
