Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Vanuit onze B&B kunt u gemakkelijk de prachtige omgeving verkennen, waaronder de nabijgelegen Westlandse kassen, het strand van o.a. Monster en Scheveningen en de historische stad Delft. This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has its own entrance, can accommodate 2 people (no babies) and has its own terrace on the water. In the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a private parking space and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

The apartment is a comfortable and pleasant space that invites you to relax and unwind after a day full of activities in the city. It is located in the south of the city, and the street has access to the bus, tram and bike rental, making mobility easily available anywhere in the city and the surrounding area. In 15 minutes you can reach the beach or city center by public transport, and in 20 minutes you can walk to parks where you can enjoy nature.

Beautiful apartment on the third floor (attic floor) of a monumental canal house in the city center of Delft, quietly located opposite the canal boats. The central station is a five-minute walk away, shops and delicious restaurants are a stone's throw away. The attic floor is complete and tastefully luxuriously furnished, a kitchen, shower, toilet. The picturesque canal house does not have an elevator, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

No breakfast available. The cottage is en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 2 comfortable beds next to each other, a dining area and a sitting area. The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma. Frontyard with cal and camera; backyard has nò cal and camera.

The beach is a 15-minute drive away. Besides being a very nice, quiet place where you can retreat, there is also a space to organize lectures/workshops/ceremonies. Where the B&B can be used for the participants to stay overnight.
