we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Little Cottage am Saaler Bodden

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete reetgedeckte Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich in Neuendorf-Heide, einem kleinen Dorf am Saaler Bodden zwischen den Hansestädten Rostock und Stralsund. Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

200-year-old captain's house

Holiday in an old captain's house: built more than two hundred years ago, it goes right behind the typical Darss door up to the newly renovated apartment under the roof with wonderful views directly on the Bodden. The house is located on the Bliesenrade peninsula between Wieck & Born, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and yet close to the white sandy beaches and health resorts. On our farm you can sit in the beach chair and enjoy the view, rowing, bathing, barbecue, – just enjoy.

The lovingly furnished wooden house offers 130 square metres of space for friends and family. Away from the tourist strongholds, you can find peace and quiet in nature, walking through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports can be reached in a few minutes by car, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 minutes away. Dogs are always welcome.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

The holiday home Swart Johann in Born offers enough space for up to 4 people on 65 m². It has two bedrooms, two balconies with garden furniture, a well equipped kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher, WiFi, TV and private parking. Pets are allowed. A crib and a high chair are available.
