The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
