The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. Our house is in the midst of a quiet natural reserve. The animals are present in nature (ants and spiders sometimes in the house, wasps, dormouse, Aesculapian snake,sometimes fox at night) and any event connected to these animals are not considered price reductory factors, please consider this when reserving! Price is for the gr. floor only and is for max 6 adults. Attic apt. has a sep. entrance from outside and sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 kids.

Easy access by car, 1.5 hours from Budapest, 30 minutes from Veszprém, and 40 minutes to Lake Balaton. The yurt is very modern, with all amenities available. Surrounded by an in-progress permaculture garden and the Bakony forest.

Mulberry Tree Cottage

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Közelben hangulatos kiránduló helyek, kilátók vannak, szívesen szervezünk naplemente vitolás túrát és bor kóstolót egy közelben lévő hangulatos borpincében. Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available.
