The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Having our home in a peaceful location (East side of the St George Hill) far from the cities and even the village or the buzzling beach-life of the Balaton, ideally it is recommended for couples who appreciate being alone and admiring the beauties of nature, enjoying the undisturbed countryside life with its comfort. Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

Small cottage by the woods

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.

Dandelion Vineyard Guesthouse

A separate house away from everything, where you can see the sunrise live from the bed and have a unique panorama. The house on the east side of Szent György Hill was renovated in 2022 and furnished with brand new furniture. 4-person, two-storey, small house with 1 extra bed. (20 sqm per floor.) For families, hikers, wine tours or a holiday in Lake Balaton, the Vineyard Guesthouse is a great place to relax.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
