The cottage is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700m from the beach, GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the horse club and the balneotherapy center "Prévithal". From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

You will be ideally placed to discover the Cotentin region, the Chausey Islands or the Vila Christian Dior.

Bright T1 apartment on the 3rd floor (WITHOUT LIFT) of a small peaceful building with breathtaking views of the port of Granville. Free parking in front of the building. Nearby restaurants. The city center with all shops is 300 m walk and the beach is 8 mins as well as the thalassotherapy center. Granville station is 15mm walk but possibility to take the free Neva bus lines. Mont Saint Michel is 46 km by car (by bus: line 308 in summer)
