We are thrilled to offer as a new listing our 2nd lovely new room with glorious views. It has a king size bed and a brand new en-suite with a spacious walk in shower, as well as tea and coffee facilities. A delicious breakfast will be cooked for you each morning, and served in our cozy dining room. Guests from both rooms have the use of a private lounge with woodburner and TV. We are situated down a quiet road on 4 acres of farmland, near Helston, Porthleven and many attractions on the Lizard.

Exclusive use of all 3 accessible dorms with all 20 beds, with a balcony overlooking the Gweek valley. Wifi, reading lights, curtains, power sockets & USB chargepoints, & lockers provided with each bed. Each dorm has a shared sink. Kitchen is vegetarian only - but BBQ is available too. Our hostel was built from recycled & reclaimed materials & is kitted out for people with mobility impairments & wheelchair users. Our dinky coastal caravan is all set up for you.

A unique dinky caravan at the back of our house nestled in the dunes. It has an awning with two extra camp bunks in so could Manage a family of four..kids are welcome or just a couple. Will suit outdoor adventure types. The caravan is set in Phillack above Hayle and is just a 15 minute walk to one of the most beautiful surf beaches in the world. We provide bedding, bodyboards and some basics in the fridge. Access to a shower and toilet at the back of the house. We have 2 friendly dogs 🐕

Lower Tresmorn-Barley Park

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.
