Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Noah’s Ark is our Shepherd’s Hut situated in a rural conservation area just inside Cornwall and nestles between our goat’s & ponies’ paddock and overlooks our bordering river. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling & walks on Bodmin & Dartmoor & equidistant from the north & south coasts. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

Secret Garden Cottage: sea views and coastal walks

A cosy tin miner's cottage in a tranquil area of West Cornwall, situated close to the cliffs on the edge of the village of Trewellard. This two bedroom house is in a quiet location, yet close to Pendeen and local beaches. The cottage has amazing sea views and both East and West facing gardens. Walking distance to local amenities, including a shop, pub, cafe and post office. An ideal spot for walkers and adventurers, with sea views and easy access to the Coast Path.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Baragwainaith - Stone Cottage, sea views, St Ives

Baragwainaith is a pretty two storey stone cottage nestled in the small sleepy clifftop hamlet of Trowan just a mile outside St Ives. It enjoys breath-taking views of the sea and is very secluded but is equally only a short drive to the hustle and bustle of St Ives with its famous beaches, restaurants and galleries. Many famous sites and National Trust properties are within easy reach as well as the South West coast path which runs alongside the hamlet.
