Sandy beaches such as Sennen and Porthcurno & stunning coves are within a short drive. The Train and Bus station are a 10 minute walk.

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Just over a mile from the A30 in the peaceful hamlet of Lamorick at the geographical centre of Cornwall. Willow Brook B&B is perfect for visiting the north and south coast, the Eden project is 7 miles away, Lost Gardens of Heligan 11 miles, and Lanhydrock 5 miles. Walking the Saint Way? We are half way along between Padstow and Fowey. The village of Lanivet is just 1/2 mile away where there is a superb pub the Lanivet Inn and chippy the Welcome Stranger. Both do great food.

Lavender Barn, beautiful & idyllic Cornish getaway

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

This is a small pretty terraced house 10/15 minutes walk to the town centre, Tate gallery restaurants, shops and beaches. The room is light and airy with a double bed, and smart TV. The bathroom is bright and contemporary, with electric shower and toiletries. Towels are provided. There is parking and a small sunny patio garden. I ONLY HOST Female guests. Check in anytime after 3pm.
