Joli appartement de 60m2 se trouve dans une résidence tranquille et sécurisée. A 5 min en voiture du village & plage de Villefranche sur mer et à mi-chemin de Nice et Monaco. Commerces 5 min à pied. L’appartement a une chambre à coucher, salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne, toilette séparé, cuisine américaine. Une grande salon ensoleillé avec un grand canapé lit confortable et un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Il y a wifi, lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle et beaucoup de rangements.

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
