Located in the heart of downtown Lafayette, come make yourself at home in a charming suite that is part of a fully restored historic 1895 Queen Anne's cottage. Included in your private unit is one bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, parlor and dining room. Only 1.7 miles across the Wabash River to Purdue’s campus in West Lafayette. We can accommodate up to 4 guests by adding a cot in the living room and making up the couch. We ask that you request this beforehand.

Your unit in this duplex is all yours. Great quiet location on the South side of Lafayette. Great location for those visiting Purdue in West Lafayette or anywhere in Lafayette. You will enjoy a clean comfortable stay at this location. We provide a kitchen ready to use and washer and dryer available for use free of charge. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and a futon, bedroom 2 offers a full size bed. Fireplace is non-functional and is for decoration only.
