Safari Tent Set Next To A Historic Steam Railway

Our tents have an open plan layout with plush furnishings including a king size bed, wood burning stove, which doubles up as an oven, and a sofa bed. The internal space measures 4 x 5.4 metres and is erected on raised wooden platforms which insulate the tents from the ground. To the front of the tent is the veranda with a barbeque, gas hob, fridge, ice tray and food preparation area. The outdoor seating is perfect for al fresco dining (the washing up area is also close by). Plates etc provided.

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our Emperor, Prospector or Bell tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

This lovely motorhome, named Gordon, is a quirky escape from the norm! Set in a cul-de-sac location next to horse fields in beautiful Bosham, an AONB. A peaceful yet central location to explore the Cathedral City, iconic Goodwood, spectacular Wittering beaches or South Downs with gastro pubs and walks. The cosy, flexible space helps you unwind. ALL seasons with remote controlled heater/cooler. Continental breakfast, cereals, treats, selection of teas & cafeteria coffee plus G&T-Gordon’s!

3 Bed Holiday Home Hayling Island holiday park

Family friendly holiday park close to all amenities. A lovely and clean caravan, 3 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the living room, can sleep up to 8 people. On site facilities- indoor and outdoor swimming not open until 4th April, indoor soft play, gym, arcade, launderette, restaurant (eat-in or take away), daytime & evening entertainment- up to the 19th November. Passes are £10 per person per week (under 5's free). A 15 minute walk to beach and fairground.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

Situated in the lovely Sussex countryside with direct access to the river Adur makes it perfect for and paddle boarders, fishermen or canoeists, equally it’s a very safe space so suitable for families. Feel free to picnic or just sit by the river anytime during your stay.

Set on the valley ridgeline with amazing views our pre-pitched, furnished bell tents offer a hassle-free alternative to normal camping. We have hot showers, a cool communal space with electricity (fridges, freezers, kettle etc.) and a swimming pond. We're only an hour from London and 30 minutes from Brighton!

Bring your own tent to our tiny quiet campsite with no electric hook up and space for a few pitches (depending on size) with views over the field where our sheep, poultry and llama live. There are two separate areas, both large enough for up to 8 people and two medium size tents. Although there is no direct access to your pitch for vehicles, parking is only a few yards away.
