Comfortable ground floor apartment (33 m2) with private garden/barbecue and pool-spa access. Renovated in 2019, in a residential area. Adjacent to the main residence of the owners (discreet couple 58-70 years old) on 2000 m2 of land. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, near Valbonne, Grasse (perfumeries), Pont du Loup, 20 min to the sea, 1 hour to the mountains, 10 min to the 18-hole Valbonne golf course. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. "Sociable and well-behaved animals ;-)" are welcome.

La piscine extérieur et jacuzzi ainsi que le jardin sont partagés mais assez grand pour profiter chacun son espace de tranquillité . Je vis dans la bastide principale . Antibes is a small town on the French Riviera shore with modern and old buildings dating back to ancient origins. The apartment will give an authentic experience. The interior layout and opening to the terrace create a more than ample amount of hosting with enough secluded space inside. The view is over the main street leading down to a scenic seafront landscape. It’s surrounded with some amazing local restaurants, bars, markets, transportation, beach and Old City, the town's oldest part.

Small furnished non-smoking studio located on the ground floor of our house in the center of the old village (please note the telephone network can be a little disrupted depending on your operator). Overlooking the pedestrian street accessible by vehicle for residents and our guests while dropping off your luggage. Table with 2 chairs in front of the accommodation. A sofa bed and its Bultex mattress, (Please note the author under ceiling 1.85 m on average) Attached en suite bathroom.
