The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

You have two good shopping streets nearby and are very close to both Charlottenlund and Ordrup station. It is 15 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station and 10 minutes walk to the water. The house is an old merchant's farm, where the charm is at its best.
