Large independent studio in house

The studio is in our house but has a fully independent entrance. It is completely new and we have arranged it as best we can to make it feel good. It is located in the Tertre district near the Parc de la Monniais. Close to Cesson SNCF stop ( Rennes 5 min) and bus stops 34 and 67. Access to the ring road is also fast. Plenty of free parking at the house.

Very comfortably equipped, it is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an old building (currently being renovated). Hoche paid underground parking.
